Apple Store App Reviews

The is very slow. 3D Touch work_ okay but it take at least ~15-25 seconds to get it. Im a iPhone 6S plus owner this shouldnt happen. Fix the app

Im pretty sick of Apple not caring about its customers satisfaction. This iteration has removed the ability to make a Genius Bar appointment. Their products are becoming less and less reliable and support is harder and hard to come by. Apple is just another faceless disgusting mega corporation who values profit at all costs. The end is nigh.

This app is so useless! How often does someone really book appointments and buy apple products? I highly doubt very often, so why would anyone want to waste space with this app. Apple is becoming a joke. But a not funny joke at all.

How some can say Apple doesnt care about its customer experience is laughable. Show me a company that serves its customers better (all included in the cost of your device and warranty). Frankly compared to ANY company out there, Im not sure one even comes close. Period. Now with regards to the genius appointment system. People get over it. Yes it is unfortunate it is not integrated in this app but seriously now how many times a year do you use it? Apple, please continue to refine the app and the process, so all will be as it should. This is simply another first world problem. Spare me. Now off you go to write about useless headphone jacks. Smh.

Why remove the best feature of this app? Foolish

As titled. The huge font makes the screen display very little information, just a title and a few list items and thats it. The app seems hugely stripped down of features...... Horrible backwards step, feels like an amateur app that dont know what they should put in the App and fill it with large fonts and titles. I really hope Apple didnt lose their way here....

Genius Bar? Cant find anything in here anymore. This app is trying to separate retail and online rather than unite it/make it more efficient. Takes so long to load even on iPhone 7. Ill just use Safari.

Why would you remove , the best and easiest way to book a appointment or sign up for workshops? It made zero sense to redirect your customers from the app to the more confusing website, someone dropped the ball here

I am an old woman, YouTube on iOS 7 was taken away from me through an app update; Listen to my advise and be weary and think twice prior to updating iphone apps, love you all kids, kisses.

Cant make Genius Bar appointments with the app anymore, so whats the point?!

No where you can make an appointment as before. Deleted.

I used to make all my appointments through the app. Why would you take that away?

Where is the genius bar reservations? Is this a strategy of getting people to buy and then dont find good customer service or what? The customer service standards is getting lower each year. Im so sad and disappointed.

Bring back the ability to book genius at appointments!! Such a stupid change! It just took me 10 min to book an appointment where before wit took 1 min... BRUTAL!!

Whenever I open the app, it shows and tells me my order is in progress. I picked up the order 3 weeks ago, why does it keep telling me its in progress? Ive gone through every setting within the app, as well as the apple store and yet I cannot get rid of this notification. Very annoying!!!

Please since updating IOS 10 it keeps Freezing,Please update Bug fixes,There is a lot of people experience the same thing.Please Fix

I nor 3 employees could figure out how to do a simple checkout. This app is horrible. Start over again Apple.
