Why would Apple and its employees not only elect an absolutely clueless and incompetent "CEO," let alone sit there, watch him run it into the ground at breakneck speed, and moreover: not have him ousted?! I cant fathom, nor will I entertain the notion that Steve Jobs was the person who handed the proverbial "keys" over to Tim Cook. Everything Apple has doled out under the "direction" of Tim Cook has been utter junk, an embarrassment, and we mustve forget: constructed with mechanisms that create an exponential number of problems that immobile Apple in entirety. And to ice the proverbial cake: make it impossible to miss that Cook has instructed anyone/anything that has to contend with screwed-over customers to offer nothing but a lesson in "youve been screwed, and shall never be allowed contact with who SHOULD instantly resolve any and all problems, issues, and every nightmare you cant imagine, but WILL EXPERIENCE.

The Apple Store app no longer works with all versions of iPad. Not a good move.

Interesting! The App Store prevents a poor review of an "Editors Choice" app I gave a review of from posting. I guess we know how much we can trust App Store reviews from being unbiased now, eh? Too bad. Honesty and integrity are obviously not on Apples agenda. Time to look to its competitors?

I used to use this app solely for making appointments at the genius bar. That option has been taken away for no reason! The computer is now the only way! Ridiculous!!!

How embarrassing. I went to bed an Apple customer and now feel like Im working with K-Mart. Your Apple App doesnt work? Shame on you.

Could you guys add the activity app to the App Store

They make it so difficult to set a Genius Bar appointment. Should be a simple click in the app, but its impossible to find. Its buried somewhere within the app. When you go online and search the directions Apple gives you to book a Genius Bar appt through this app, their steps do not match up to the actual screens you get. Very disappointing.

No window-shopping allowed. Users can browse iTunes and App Stores w/o logging in, why not the Apple store? Work around is to use the website.

It defaults to the nearest store as the crow flies, but I have to drive, and that store is on the other side of a toll bridge and is actually farther away as the consumer drives due to mountains and such. I saved another store as a favourite but its never visible. Searching for another nearby store doesnt immediately show other stores that are actually nearby. Its easier to use website...
