I liked being able to see new iPhones, but it would not update. I strongly suggest that you have this app... it will help you make your decision on what kind product you want ?

Thats the only real reason I have it! How do I book an appointment?!?!

The only reason I used to use this app was that it let you book Genius Bar appointments a lot easier than the 20 step process/interrogation it takes on the actual website. Now you cant even book appointments at all on the app. Its as if Apple wants to make it impossible for you to be able to book appointments with all the steps you need to do before you actually get to the booking page. It used to not be this at all, Apple keeps on going back on progress much like the current product lineup, this is not the Apple that I once knew.

In all fairness, i updated this review. I gave it one star because they removed the option to make Genius Bar appointments, only for it to appear in another app. So Ill bump this back up. It does its job of promoting products. All of my apple devices appear. Except it shows that my iPhone cant be confirmed.

Love this app! Genius Bar is now on the Apple Support App dowload it for support and Genius Bar Appointments super easy !

Just a great app that works well and does exactly what it is there to do.

Had it. Worked fine. Deleted it and several other apps. Re-downloaded all others. Unable to download this.

Hey Apple I get it. If I turn on my Bluetooth it will improve location accuracy. Ok? Satisfied? Now will you please tell the Apple Store app to stop reminding me about this every time I open the app?

Great place to buy Apple products

I see this a lot, the Apple Store app removed the genus bar. For me that wasnt much of an issue, but I can see how people dislike that. That is why there is the Apple Support App, that is the app you use if you need support. Anyway for the Apple Store app its ok, it has all of the Apple products and accessories from the website. Ive never had it crash or anything like that which is nice. One thing I dislike is the fact that it asks me to turn Bluetooth on. If they can fix that by removing that notification than the app would be better.

I expected this app to be a stupid app where you just look at products but it has a whole different ballgame behind the pixels. My only suggestions are that you should add all of the things that are on the website and also a part where you can have a discount for whenever you buy an apple product(s) that are over 100 bucks. You should also be able to customize the beats you want to buy

Why in the world would they remove Genius Bar from the app

PLEASE change it back to how it was. I cannot find an easy way to make an appointment at the store. you realize that your fan base loves hanging out there, right? awesome employees, why would you take that experience away from us. And now you have moved support to its own app, just like Facebook moved Messenger, just one more thing taking up critical memory space.

Only downloaded the app to schedule an appointment... yeah, thanks for making that a million times harder.

Apparently its easier to create an appointment through the app than through the website however it isnt. After selecting the store theres only workshops available and when clicking get help I get redirected to the website.
