Order In Progress

Whenever I open the app, it shows and tells me my order is in progress. I picked up the order 3 weeks ago, why does it keep telling me its in progress? Ive gone through every setting within the app, as well as the apple store and yet I cannot get rid of this notification.
Very annoying!!!
