Apple Store App Reviews

Its been two months still updating. I cannot use it I cannot delete it I dont know what to do just stay there, can not even open the app.

I like the app to browse Apples products and from my experience its the best way to pre-order. I only wish I could sign in in the app separately and use a different Apple ID for the Apple Store and the App Store.

Besides everyone wanting Genius Bar schedules sales impacting items include: 1.) Account different than iTunes such as my corporate one for equipment purchases file under duh obvious. 2.) Wish list system tied to corporate account instead of iTunes default which my personal music or App wish lists are associated. 3.) Sharing items to forward for others to shop via the App or using web site, a choice for gift giving purposes ought to be easily handled or shared to social media easy code for that and e-mail. 4.) Way to view URL with web browse for discussions, see #3. Good luck Apple Store team and add it in so five stars zing here please hustle debug etc.

This app is worthless. The only reason I downloaded was to make an appointment at Genius Bar and that feature is gone. Please dont waste your time on this app.

Im a big online shopped especially for apple. I live online and when something goes wrong with my phone or any other apple product; I would just go to the Apple Store app and make an appointment, but now that option is gone. Dont understand why take that away of a all things. Now for you to make an appointment you either have to call and hopefully get through to someone or go through 10,000 steps online to make one. Im really considered deleting this app in total. Just a waste of space on my phone.

Where is Genius Bar? Without this feature, is this app still have value to exist in the store?

It would be nice if you could enter an order number and have it track it. For Apple Employees who make EPP orders, the account is different than the AppleID account. If I wanted to track my EPP order, I would have to enter different account credentials on my iPhone.

There are really only 2 things that I use the apple store app for: 1. Make genius bar appointments. 2. Check in to my genius bar appointment when I arrive at the store so that I dont have to wait in the triage line. I WANT MY GENIUS BAR BACK in the app. And, whats with switching from the app to Safari? Come on! Really!

We used Easypay a lot since it was introduced. Now its gone so you have to stand in line to buy simple things. Worse, the Apple employees didnt know it was gone until they tried it on thier own phones!

So they removed the Genius Bar appointment feature long before rolling out the new Apple Support app? Thats just stupid.

Nicely designed and beautifully functional.

What happened? Why remove the best feature? Bring back the Genius Bar!

Its good enough to order apple products but Id like a way to compare items, and to be able to set up an appointment with somebody at an Apple Store. Thatd be cool

I always made Genius Bar appointments through this app. Now I cant!! Please put that back!

App looks good but it is slow. Refurbished are hidden

hi I was hopping Apple could make like a pea emoji or like green beans and then a beans emoji so I can say cool *beans emoji* and like Im a really really big fan of peas so yeah. and maybe make it a can of beans? idk Ill leave that part up to you guys tysm!

Hello apple can you please add a camera that records our screen without having to use a Mac I myself want an app like this but Im sure loads of other people want it too. Btw the app is just a white screen and it isnt my internet cause on the Xbox1 Everything goes perfect...

I love the new peek and pop feature! I wish other apps would adopt this awesome technology!

Its great to see how Apple allows their Users to experience their awesome products. Best Customer engaging experience so far. So easy and neat.
