Beautiful images throughout the app and split view works flawlessly

Very nice app n love shopping with new version

An important feature is missing in the app: a detailed technical description of each offered option. For instance: if someone opts for an iMac with Fusion Drive, there is no information about the size of the SSD drive besides the total "1 TB" notice.

The Apple Watch part of the app now crashes all the time. Since the update the app will not open on Watch.

Why oh my would you take away the one thing you were doing right with this new app: booking appointments for service at the Genius Bar! You are cutting your customers out. This is so very disappointing. Bad choice. Poor decision Apple. Very poor.

The most useful feature of this Apple Store app was the ability to quickly book a Genius Bar appointment. Now when you try to do it, it launches Safari and you book an appointment like you are using a browser on a computer which requires you to type your Apple ID password and if later on you need to change you appointment you you have to retype your password again. This was working very well before and now its going against the user friendly trend of using apps instead of browsers on a tiny touch screen keyboard. Bring back the genius appointment feature!

This version is much worse than the previous. It takes forever to load even on a fast connection

This new update is not user friendly at all; especially with booking a Genius Bar appointment. Its is complicated to book a Genius Bar appointment with this new update. Please fix this issue in the next update.

I used to be able to make Genius Bar appointments in minutes with the old app. Now it redirects me to a webpage that takes a lot longer. Updating an apps is supposed to make things easier, not more difficult. Please bring back the more convenient way of booking a Genius Bar appointment.

Cannot make a Genius Bar appointment anymore with the app. The whole point of this app now just wants you to buy, buy and buy more apple products. Apple has given up the last thing I like about this company: customer service.

To make reservation with Apple repair shop, it takes ages and its so damn complicated

Are the programmer idiot? Where is the genius appointment? How to make an appointment?

Something so easy and awesome has been taken away. Now, booking an appointment is a pain in the side. For what? Man. That was so perfect! And now its gone.

Got this app to book a Genius Bar appointment, because I was advised by an Apple employee that it was the easiest way. Opened the app to discover that no such feature exists. I see other people complaining that the feature was removed.

Guys the app before it was perfect and now genius is done.

The app is fine does its job

Slow for the apple 7 launch. Internet was quicker. But now does not show my recent order. Useless app; I would expect better from Apple.
