I dont really write reviews, but this app is pointless for me now without the ability to make a Genius Bar appointment. It took me a while to figure out the feature was gone and ended up having to make one thru the Chat Support which was pretty annoying; "Does this time work? No? How about this time? No? How about this one?"

Cannot setup genius appointments. App is buggy and does not bring up locations by zip code. Browsing a store by name shows a blank screen with undefined displayed. This is terrible for an Apple application. Clearly its no longer it just works.

Old version you can make Genius Bar Appointment in app, now you have to go to website.

Apple. You supposedly listen to your customers. Have the "courage" to bring back the headphone jack and not try to force consumers into buying even more accessories. Also, have the "courage" to allow your customers to make appointments in the app... not making them login to their computer and take 15 minutes what used to take one minute.

This shopping app works up to a point but searching for product availability for pick up is flawed. Even though you are given an option to enter your zip code to search rather than use location services (GPS), the system ignores that, and uses GPS anyway not matter the zip code entered. This locks the search to one store in some cases preventing you from finding the product in another store. For example, (keep in mind were talking about a rural area here) when Im at home and check product availability, this app allows me to search the availability of products in 3 stores. One in Des Moines and two in the KC metro area. When I go to work, about 30 minutes closer to Des Moines, the system locks onto the Des Moines store using the GPS and I am not able to see if products are available at the KC stores. Why prompt for the zip code if youre going to ignore it?

This is a great app but it just got my new iPhone 6s and you know how they have that tab which lists all my devices and get information about the device for example someones iPhone 32 GB space gray. When I signed up for the app I 3D Touch on the app icon to look up recommended products for My Phone but it says that My Phone has no details to be shown but all my other devices information for so Im not sure if this is a bug but if it is I really hope they fix it

Really? I cant make a genius bar appointment from the app anymore? Thats ridiculous. The most widely used feature of the app

This app was best useful making Genius Bar appointments. Product info and ordering from this app has always and probably always will be very good. Apple, under its leadership, has become disconnected from what made Apple so special. The stores! The people! The Genius Bar! Apple, refocus!

it used to be simple. You could make a Genius Bar appointment or cancel it easily now you have us jumping through hoops.

I love Apple and more happy they have the app

The Apple Store app unexpectedly quits, then crashes back to the home screen, over and over again. It continues running in the app switcher afterwards, just as its designed to, despite having just crashed. When you switch back, it resets like a fresh startup. Anything you were working on will be lost.

I dont need a dedicated app for buying Apple products. I did find the ability to quickly schedule Genius Bar appointments useful. The app isnt broken, just useless

Not so genius guys!

One of the biggest reasons I liked this app was how easy it was to make a genius appointment. Now I cant seem to do that. I made the random purchase here and here but I really, really liked that I could come on here when I had a problem and set my appointments. But now its gone and I have no major use for this app.

The best use for this app was easily scheduling Genius Bar appointments. Now you have to go through several questions, and if its not a common or super easy problem to fix, you dont get a choice to schedule at the Genius Bar. Frustrating and not even worth the cost of this app (free).

Just bring back the Genius Bar feature base off 90% of your reviews are requesting!

The one reason I had this app was to make appointments when I rarely needed them. I dont buy products off the app, I go into the store or to the website. Im going to delete this app now that I no longer have a use for it. Hopefully apple fixes this step backwards they took with their app.

I am trying to make a Genius Bar appointment with my local Apple Store but that is not possible through this app. I realize that Apple is trying to cut down on the volume of people going to the Genius Bar, but my problem cannot be solved except with a visit to the Genius Bar. Please bring this option back.

Apple is getting worse everyday! They are making it hard on people. It is steering away from being customer service. I cant even seem to get a hold of someone To just make an appointment! This app is very pointless and just added to numerous things that is wrong with Apple!

That was the sole reason I had this app. I loved how you could do it all in the app. Who was the genius who took off the genius bar from this app????!!!
