I use this to schedule Genius Bar appointments. I still check in with the greeter, though. When I am in the store and buy something with the app, its like a heist movie and Im getting away with something!

Makes everything difficult. Charges a lot for products they dont make. Minimum support for such expensive products.

Ive deleted and redownloaded but it wont launch. Latest version of iOS. Ugh.

Great app just needs to support the iPad pros bigger screen.

Ive updated, deleted, and re downloaded and everytime I add something to my cart and go to pay for it I get a message saying "An error occurred trying to fulfill your request please try again later" So frustrating!!!

On iOS 8 (8.3.1 here), the Apple Store app now sends you to update the app via the App Store app, which just offers an “Open” button, which then just loops you back to the non-working Apple Store app. Frustrating! Poor UX implementation. And probably very unintended. (Worked fine last week.)

Every since the last update I have not been able to access my cart. I have restarted re-download removed the app and power cycled my phone a million times and the issue is still occurring.
