Useful, Helpful & I Love This App.

This is an unacceptable amount of wait time for electronic delivery. Then when I attempted to cancel the order online, I was redirected to the call by phone, and when I called by phone, I was redirected to cancel online. Really? Get it together Apple.

This app requires the latest version of iOS 10 which I cannot download because Im stuck on iOS 9. It said it before I tried to re-download it so dont even try if you are on iOS 9 and under. Might as well use the website then

Apple Store up date screw up. New update feeds back to old app. All focused on new iPhone. Quality across the board suffering in little things. Losing confidence over time

Wanted to get the Apple Store app for my old iPad so I could order a new iPad Pro. The app wont run on the iPad I wanted to replace. Maybe Ill look into some of the other tablets instead. Rather trying to force people to upgrade they should make it easy for them to purchase new.

Extremely easy to browse and get information and buy Apple products.

I love going through this app and seeing what products are available. Being able to see which stores near me have the products Im looking for is really convenient.

Mediocre warranty. Obviously have a screen defect but they dont want to fix because I just missed my warranty window. All my friends in their warranty has the same defect. Dont be so cheap as a premium brand to deny people of fixing defects.

It is nice to browse new products & add them as a favourite / Bag. Apple made it much easier to buy the products via Apple Pay.

I am truly discussed with the way i was lied to and ignored by the sales representative who assured me that the problems my device had been anything but defective products that I had paid off and had paid for insurance and was nevertheless not a valued customer although I had paid for having every single right to be worthy of being treated with the respect of the sales representative who was never trained to be able to help with clientele that deserve the respect for that I have found to be a n inferior and not the only thing that I was never got my device which was insulting to me as I had paid for the insurance and device for in the full amount at this point of my life is being treated like an individual who has been ripped off and lied to by the sales representative who had promised that it would be replaced with an apology to the most important issue of all. I deserve what I have found to have a faulty device and was never properly compensated by the promise of a new device and this is truly unacceptable

Update: 27-JUL-2017 Thanks for the new (?) feature for checking availability & purchasing a phone from my local Apple Store. However, to be honest, I used this feature last November when upgrading to iPhone 7. So...its not really a new feature. What I would like to see are more "Apple Approved" accessories when shopping with the app. If Tim Cook announces that almost all charging accessories on eBay & Amazon are trying to pass as lightning chargers but theyre not...I expect that Apple Store App would offer the ones that are! Help us out a bit by offering (more) Apple Approved Accessories through the App. Thank you.
