Well design, extremely easy to get information and buy Apple products.

I love it, the easypay function rocks. It is my privileged way of browsing through the Apple catalogue.

Okay the app is beautifully designed and ensures an awesome shopping experience and product previews. But every freaking time I want to actually buy something Ive had to update it to the latest version. I wasnt even able to browse things. This had literally happened every time I tried to buy off of it. How serious can this be to have updates as frequently and why am I forced to have to go through them. Im dearly sorry but its a shopping app, use this time and energy to improve the apple music app.

If you happen to be an expat, would it be Japanese in France or British in Germany, you better speak the local language as the Apple Store app doesnt feature the option to set a different language then your accounts new country. If that option exists then its very well hidden. And of course if you switch to another to have a language you read, then good luck w/ your billing and delivery addresses that will probably not match the addressing system of your foreign location... welcome to the Steve Jobeless Apple experience

I cannot modify or cancel them. They say visit X url, and you cant even open said url in safari. Shame

Was so easy to book now its a nightmare !

No more appointments booking function within this app, which makes this app useless. Even on apple website its still hard to use to make an apmt. Apparently they dont want us to bother them anymore, just take it and go. Im switching to somewhere else after this phone. From a 6yrs ex-apple fun

It took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to make a reservation. How could they screw this up so bad????? Unbelievable. Bring the old app back. This thing is a complete dysfunctional mess!!!!!

Ordered something through the app, to be picked up at Yorkdale mall the same day. I thought it would be convenient (it would be waiting for me to just pick up). Boy was that wrong. I went to the store later in the day, but my order wasnt ready. Something happened and they couldnt fulfill the order and didnt know why. Store mgr smiled and did nothing. Went home empty handed. Seven hours later, same story - Apple doesnt know why it didnt get fulfilled. I just cancelled my order. What a waste of time and energy. A simple (expensive) purchase turned into an utter failure to deliver on its customer promise. This App is useless, and Apple has let me down.

Please spell correctly for the country you are selling to. For example, favorites is NOT correct for Canada. It needs to be changed to Favourites. I wish it would show me the closest store in my country automatically. While the closest store may well be in Michigan, I am in Ontario and am not interested in going to the states for anything, not even Apple products..

For some stupid reason the update wont install and wont even allow you to delete the app.

Cant update,, cant delete,, fix this crap so I can delete it forever !!

The ability to make genius reservations is now gone. That was a good feature.

It works well for me. Does what it is supposed to do! Sometimes the problem is the user, not the app!

You can no longer book Genius Bar appointments through the app. You have to call them...extremely unimpressed as this is really inconvenient

No more support or Genius Bar help. Totally worthless. Just forcing you to get another app but still calling this "essential"...

Apple (Toronto eaton mall) has refuse to replace my iPhone lightning cable even though i have my APPLE CARE still valid. The reason being they said is " u should have come before that much of physical damages". After much(about 30 mins)confortation at the genius bar and with the manager, they agree to give me one but i have to buy it with $15 discount. Total being $25 - $15 dicount + tax =$11.30.

It asks me to type in my password! Why do I have Touch ID exactly? At least using the website I can use my password manager without fumbling between screens. BTW this is also true on the AppStore. Why doesnt it use Touch ID.

The application that Im looking for is not there no more, it goes to the actual Apple Store. I dont want to buy any apple gadgets. I just want to download some free apps that can usually see in Google play
