The only reason i had this app was to set up the genius bar appointments...now that is gone. I am actually switching to a phone that doesnt require an appointment. with people that actually know what they are doing. Genius, haha.

iOS10? Are you serious?

I will upgrade my iOS when I want to! not when the app tells me when I only to use the Apple Store app. This doesnt make any sense. After all the app is just another platform Apple temps customers to browse their good looking app and end up buying one.

iOS 10 and up?!?!

Seriously, Apple?!?! Very, very, very stupid to limit people like this!! To be honest, this specific app really should have fewer limitations than all the others!! Do better, Apple!!! Ive been an Apple customer since 2010 and this is rather disappointing.

No iOS-limited apps!

Especially apps that I used yesterday and cant use today. Especially this app: this app should not have any iOS limitations whatsoever, it should be available for all versions of iOS and it should work on all versions of iOS

Removed ability to schedule Genius Bar

Apple reduced the utility of this app by removing Genius Bar scheduling. Very disappointing. Works well otherwise.

No choices! Have to have iOS 10

So not only does our phone or apple device ask us all the time if we want to upgrade, which we never do, there should be a never ask me again button for that. But now you have to have iOS 10 to use there app!! How ridiculous!!!! This is such BS!!!! I dont want iOS 10. I have 7 Apple devices and I dont feel like supporting them much longer if they are going to do what they want and not let us decide what we want!!!! Fix this!!

Great App!

The only thing is I wish it sent push shipping notifications. Other than that its pretty awesome!

Fun way to shop

Enjoyable using the app to purchase something in the store via the app and then walk out with it. Feels weird at first.

iOS 10 only???

Wow, nice one Apple. Ive got an iPad 2 and iPad 3 that were both my favorite platforms for using the online Apple Store. Too bad Apples "innovation" and automatic updating resulted in the app becoming dead weight on both iPads storage drives. Seriously, if my iPads cant even possibly update to iOS 10, why would you allow them to auto update to an unusable version of the app??

Slow; users of prior iOS versions locked out

This app is incredibly slow. We still cannot do much of whats on the website (like mark reviews as "useful" or "not useful", which is something finally available in the App Store). Its also aggressively locking out users of prior versions of iOS. I know this is because Apple want you to buy new stuff from them every fiscal year, but this kind of anti-customer behavior will have an impact eventually. Apple recently acknowledged messing up with pros, maybe theyll do some soul searching overall. The MBA types are running the show. Prior Review from 2015: If you hate iOS 7s ugliness, Apple has tightened the screws on pushing us to it. Then again, I have yet to actually NEED this app, so I guess it doesnt matter. I wonder when the App Store will lock out iOS 6 users... I keep hoping Apple will backpedal on the design horribleness in subsequent versions after 7, but 8 is barely an improvement on those horrible unreadable fonts and non-controls. Oh, and iPhone 4 users are capped at iOS 7 anyway. Another reason not to "upgrade" is how much slower iPhone 4 becomes with iOS 7. Bah. Original, outdated, review from some time in 2007 or 2008: since Apple has not the wisdom to make a mobile/iPhone version of its website, this app should have been a great opportunity to solve that problem for their iPhone customers. its not. as is, this app cannot do even 1/4 the things that the website version does. this is a shame. its exactly the kind of quick website port to iPhone app that Apple says it wants to avoid by blocking things like Flash on the iPhone. Come on, Apple, you should set a great example here instead of doing the bare minimum. also... why do you have three web-based, separate, Apple "product" stores to begin with? iTunes. App Store. Apple Store. What the heck? Put this all together in one elegant & accessible GUI instead of having three separate worlds. itd save you resources in the long run.

Requesting an emoji

I see thats theres a lot of emojis of all sorts of animals but I think its time that we get out the box and make an emoji of an otter in the upcoming iOS update. Its time that we stop leaving otters to the side and come to the fact that its an issue that there isnt an emoji for it. What did the otters ever do to you apple. :( #OttersAreCool #MakeAOtterEmoji

Great all overall, just some minor adjustments. Orders ships and arrives within 2 days, and tracking your order from the app (sending you to the direct link), instead of going through your emails to look for the tracking link

stupid - requires iOS 10 => :-(

seems to be that apple will force users to replace their still perfect working "old" hardware (e.g. iPad 3) by a new one :-(. but hey, how should I do this if I want it, if the app does not run any longer on my "old" hardware ?

Stupid idiots

These morons that are complaining about having to be on iOS 10, which they should have gotten a long time ago, should realize 79% of iOS devices are using iOS 10 as of February 2017. Jesus its not hard, just download the update and tell you phone to update at night. AND YOURE DONE. And screw those people with their ancient devices.

Terrible customer service.

I emailed Apple 3 times over a seven day period about an unverified charge to my Apple account and got no reply from them. Finally I went to Apples website to look for a contact number. Found their "support" tab and clicked the link but Apple doesnt list their customer support contact number. What they do is have a bunch of links in specific categories and try to solve your problem with automated suggestions based on the category youve selected. Anyway I finally found Apples contact number and called it. Again, more automated preset "solutions" to problems based on whatever category you select. After being on hold for my entire THIRTY MINUTE lunch break without speaking to a single person I gave up and went back to work. Apple. How hard is it to 1. Reply to emails 2. List your technical supports contact email and phone number on your website.
