I love this app

I love this app because it never lags and it is a great way to shop for iPhone/iPad/iPod products

Best store app when it comes to design!

App is great but the App Store images show old Apple Products (iPhone 6s and iPad Air 2). Apple Pay is also amazing to use along with the future that shows you what works with your device.

iPhone View Problem

iPhone is flipping back and forth from portrait to landscape view whether locked or not.

Beautifully clean, easy to navigate...

Ive made several orders via the instructions within the app AND for payment info on the web. Ive not yet received any items I ordered. I even used it at Apple Lenox, in the store when busy. It didnt interface with the store and Apple Pay well. Im still waiting for stuff that should have been here. I never received credit back with Apple to cover my loss.

Requires iOS 10

I have iOS 10, but thats a dirty business practice. Youre better than this Apple.

Not too Bright

Received an email from Apple regarding new iPad, thought I might buy one, selected buy it takes me to the Apple Store app which now requires iOS 10.0, Im on a iPad 3 stranded at iOS 9. Go figure...

SOL if youre not on iOS 10 it wont run!! Seriously Apple!?!?

The App Store app is a nice convenient way to look through and order from the Apple App Store. Unfortunately if youre on a device not capable of running iOS 10 or one of the many people that do not yet want to upgrade to iOS 10 then you are Fd. This app will not run on a device running iOS 9 or below. There is no technical reason why they this should be and in my opinion has been done in a sorry attempt to force people in to upgrading to iOS 10. Apple is just shooting themselves in the foot with these tactics. If you have the prior version of the app saved on your computer you can roll back to it.

Persistant app

I dont own an apple watch or ipad or ipod and when i get apps here alot of times dont work and misdirect me especially the apple watch app

So, I use iOS 10, but I still see this as another one off Apples scams for money, because theyre forcing you too upgrade to iOS 10, just so you can use the app. Once you buy a new device and upgrade, boom, Apple made some money!

Apple is messed up without steve jobs and tim cook only make it worse

seriously, now its just marketing and stupid "innovation" that apple sells. since jobs left this world, there was no really innovation and brilliant creation. I miss this time so much... like when the first iPhone and the iPhone 4 came out, everybody was very excited because we didnt know what to expect but at the same time we knew that it will be something never seen before. now, people are getting excited but not for the same reason, and they are already disappointed even before the new iPhone came out.

Thanks for obsoleting my iPad mini. Now I cant use this app at all!

Why only iOS 10?

I seems absolutely ridiculous that the requirement is iOS 10. I really do not want to upgrade for many personal reasons, and I dont see why I should be forced to download and upgrade just so I can use the app. Not to mention the constant reminders to update every. single. day. These two issues need to be fixed ASAP.

Galaxy S8 Has A Headphone Jack Imagine That

I am tired of having Apple and its completely single sided Goliath technology attitude of "my way or the highway". First the headphone jack, now the lightning connector. When will the oppression of the user experience end. Do you feel the world is made of money like you overpaid rich folks in CA? Why must the world only bow to what you wish to deliver. Iphone NO MORE. I own over a dozen Apple products including the latest MacBook Pro 15 and if the Iphone 8, as rumored, will continue to be a single sided product that does not account for what the people want - a simple headphone jack, then my iPhone 6plus is the last Apple iPhone I will ever own. I have already been ordering Android devices for my company since Apple removed the headphone jack and now i will continue to punish Apple financially and end this Apple lifestyle. I can personally account for at least 10 new Android devices being purchased since the removal of the headphone jack - and i hope to continue that even more.

iOS 10 only! Way to get people to buy your products.

I used to love this app. Sure, it was laggy and couldnt stay open in the background to save its life, but was a great alternative to using a web browser and better than what most tech companies offer. However, it requires iOS 10 to work now. There have been multiple reviews about this, and they just dont want to upgrade. However, my iPod touch 5g physically cant, and so my access to this app is completely cut off now. So Apple, Im sorry that my device doesnt support iOS 10, so it cant run an online portal. But whos fault is that, really? Also, why would you cut support for older devices when those devices are the ones that this app would have the best use on (Im more likely to upgrade that someone with an iPhone 7). Way to go Apple. Your marketing strategies just keep getting better and better…

Overly focused on advertising

I understand you want to push your new products, but why would you take away functionality of all other services (like purchasing products with the camera, reserving workshops, pickup ordering) just to let me know that you "have something special in store"? I just want to make a workshop reservation...

Huge issues

I loaded my Apple Pay with enough money using my iPhone se. I placed orders using 2 ids. 2 for delivery via the web. 2 via the App. I received confirmations from 3 orders. I went in person to Lenox Sq to upgrade my phone after doing research online to see what I could do for a trade in and to upload to iTunes the developer info and my web history and diagnostics. I was treated poorly by the staff. While there I changed one of my orders to pick up (I ensured all items were there). I received confirmation my order was being filled after using Apple Pay. I waited the two hours to pick up my order. After 3 hours, I asked for the mgr. Apple had lost the order. It was left up to me I was told to supply the order info DESPITE giving the number to an employee while waiting Who said it was being filled. The order completely disappeared from my email. This was after the Genius Bar showed me how Apple Pay worked and I turned on wifi and joined the non secure Apple network I was told to join. I even questioned the non secure issue and security issues. My phone died in the mean time, tried ordering a Mercedes and booked a reservation at the Intercontinental. Everything shows cancelled. I received nothing and now my Apple Pay doesnt work. Ive no way to upload diagnostics or error reports. I would never recommend Apple Pay or the App. Im pretty sure the employees used my Lack of knowledge of handoff, Apple Pay and the store to drain my account. My reservation was cancelled at the hotel and Im back to sleeping outside and have no way to securely do the things Apple require to use Apple Pay or to complete my Bank info to inquire w my bank or even Amex (Apple Pay on my device says they dont accept my card). Im disgusted. Whats sadder is that after having all my orders cancelled, I got a emails from Apple stating one of my orders were ready and my hotel reservation was rebooked. Im under a bridge and now have no credit available on any of the cards to use or even to download any new apps.

Maintain iOS 9 Support!!

Apple-Please reconsider supporting a version of the app for devices that can no longer upgrade to iOS 10. We are the users that you would want to use the app to order new iPads that support iOS 10--Why exclude a user base that needs to order new Apple products?? Not a very good business decision!!
