Maintain iOS 9 Support!!

Apple-Please reconsider supporting a version of the app for devices that can no longer upgrade to iOS 10.

We are the users that you would want to use the app to order new iPads that support iOS 10--Why exclude a user base that needs to order new Apple products?? Not a very good business decision!!
