Not user friendly

They make it so difficult to set a Genius Bar appointment. Should be a simple click in the app, but its impossible to find. Its buried somewhere within the app. When you go online and search the directions Apple gives you to book a Genius Bar appt through this app, their steps do not match up to the actual screens you get.

Very disappointing.
