Terrible customer service.
I emailed Apple 3 times over a seven day period about an unverified charge to my Apple account and got no reply from them.
Finally I went to Apples website to look for a contact number. Found their "support" tab and clicked the link but Apple doesnt list their customer support contact number. What they do is have a bunch of links in specific categories and try to solve your problem with automated suggestions based on the category youve selected.
Anyway I finally found Apples contact number and called it. Again, more automated preset "solutions" to problems based on whatever category you select.
After being on hold for my entire THIRTY MINUTE lunch break without speaking to a single person I gave up and went back to work.
Apple. How hard is it to 1. Reply to emails 2. List your technical supports contact email and phone number on your website.
