When you make a children’s account on a apple electronic, then the parent should be able to change there password. My son is logged out and can’t get back in but now I have to wait days to be able to erase it, so please add a option to make the parent be able to change there password any given time.

Review’s and ratings are inconsistent with what they should be for several apps. No one should be able to rate an app or write a review unless they got the app from the Apple Store via an actual apple account. Outside reviews should not be allowed.

I can’t enter bc store asking me to enter with old gmail to update store, which i deleted years ago. I use s my apple acc my main email which sits on apple account and this store keep asking for the old deleted gmail. Crazy. Please fix it

I need iOS 17 or later and I don’t know but back then I can use the app but this needs like any version like something and this is very unfair!

When I finally go to buy a new phone, I learn they only support iOS 17 and up, which my phone can’t run.

Went into the Apple Store already, knowing what I wanted. I had to wait for over an hour for a sales person to try to help me pick my phone. They would not let me just go in and purchase it. Total waste of my time.

The fact I can’t download an app because apple requires bank/debit info and will block access to potentially life saving apps due to greed is beyond disgusting. I’m in the middle of a wildfire, with limited updates and needed to download an app to know when I should leave the area. This is wrong. Very very wrong. Morally and otherwise.

Apple App store allows bad actors to charge your account requiring a lengthy refund process to reclaim stolen money. Apple should automatically refund bad charges when requested at time the receipt is sent to the user.

Apple IOS is vulnerable to being hacked and promotes parental control. In some situations that's not the right thing to do. Because you are hurting kids.

I can no longer open the installed apple store app on my iphone x. It tells me there is a new version available. There is no way out of this. Here’s the kicker, when I try to download, it tells me IOS 17 or higher required. However, the highest version my iphone will run is IOS 16. Apple should allow me to run the old version of the app. Be smarter than this!!

No government entity, No corporate entity nor Banking CEO cares about individual Privacy or Autonomy ~ The proof of this came to Me in the form of an AT&T email, declaring that I/My account was hacked during a massive data breach??? AT&T has NOT, as of this writing, identified for Me how the breach occurred; i.e., was the point of origin WiFi or Bluetooth etc…. I am free therefore to assume that downloading any App that doesn’t come from the Apple App Store is likely tainted with “trackers” if nothing else. And the emerging technologies that are being developed specifically for breaching both WiFi and Bluetooth are robust to say the least. Yes, even at this early stage of truly developing the Tech Ecosystem ~ This is how far ahead of the rest of the Tech world Mr. Jobs thinking was. And, it was crystal clear to this point way back then: Currently, the Bad Actors Control or even Own Tech ~~

No matter what I do, the Apple Store will not load account information. It just sits and spins then times itself out. Also makes my phone overheat doing so.

I ordered a gift card and the tracking never updated beyond “label created”. I contacted support twice over two weeks each time being assured it was on the way. Now i just received an email saying the gift card was redeemed and a replacement/reimbursement will be impossible even though the tracking still confirms i never received the product. I’m fighting hard now to make sure i don’t pay for something that never made it to my home. The giftcard was for my sister’s birthday. I ordered it two weeks ago. Her birthday is tomorrow. Feels terrible. Don’t recommend.
