Cant access latest version with iPad 3?? WTF??

Sooooo.... If I want to upgrade my "older" iPad 3 to something more current, I cant use Apples own marketing app because my iPad isnt new enough to browse the new iPads...

What in the name of God were the geniuses at Apple POSSIBLY thinking when they decided this was a good idea...

I mean, thanks for letting me know that I need to update my iOS to 10 to wander your gilded halls, so one star for the the communication, but at least make it possible to do so... Talk to each other you tools!!
