Restricted To iTunes Account Only?

Why on Earth would this app be limited to only use my iTunes account?

Which, TBH, wouldnt be a big deal if Apple allowed iTunes accounts and other Apple IDs to be consolidated. But they dont.

What provincial thinking...

Note to , the iTunes account I have been using for _years_ to buy music is different than my real (i.e. adult) Apple ID used for serious things such as buying Macs, iPhones, and iPads.
